My name is Paul Finch, and I’m the director of English Solutions Brasília, a specialized English training company. I was born in Windsor, near London, England. I hold degrees in Computer Science and Music, and I’m a certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) instructor. I’ve lived in Brazil for over eleven years, having moved to Brasília in 2009 to focus on English language education. Before teaching, I worked in the information technology sector across various roles—database design, analysis, programming—and industries including manufacturing, banking, accounting, finance, and aviation. I apply my business and technical experience to deliver tailored English courses for professionals in diverse fields. I offer business English, job market preparation, and exam-focused training for TOEFL, IELTS and more. In addition to teaching, I’m a musician and arranger who enjoys composing soundtracks. As a licensed private pilot in the UK, I also specialize in aviation English and teach pilots across Brazil.
